Shipping and Delivery Policy

What is delivered

Resume AI Pro is a website. Nothing is shipped: what you buy, a Pro or Ultra pass, is delivered to your account online.

When

A pass starts on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Use it while signed in with the account that paid. If it does not show, reload the Account page; if it still does not show, write to us with the payment ID from your receipt (see the Terms and Conditions, section 4A).

Where

Passes work wherever you sign in to Resume AI Pro, on any device. The files you download (PDF, Word) are saved to your device.
