Getting Started
Create or Import
Start blank, or import a file: PDF, Word (.docx), Backup (.json: one resume or "Download everything"), Markdown, text, LinkedIn export (.zip), or paste the text.
Fill Details
Enter your info. The preview updates instantly.
Select Template
Switch designs anytime without losing data.
AI Assistant
Activate
Click "Writing help" under your summary, a job's description or a custom section, then "Improve with AI". The built-in AI works with no API key (add your own for higher limits). The built-in AI runs on Google's free tier, where Google may use and read the text you send it; for private text, use your own key.
Review
The AI rewrites the text. Read the suggestion, then accept it or close it.
Custom
Choose "Custom Prompt" and give your own instruction, like "Make it shorter".
Job Tracker
Open Board
In the editor, open Tools → Job Tracker (or Job Tracker on My resumes).
Add Job
Track a new job and link it to a specific resume version.
Update
Change a card's Stage (Applied → Interview), or drag the card to the next column.
Exporting
Match Check
Review your match score against the job before finalizing.
Download PDF
Download → Download PDF, with a free account (3 PDF downloads in total). It is made on our server from the same page you see in the preview. (Word and Google Drive are here too.)
Backup
