Resume AI Pro is an AI-powered resume builder, free to start, for creating professional resumes in minutes. AI suggests improvements to your bullet points and summary, and a job-match check shows which keywords from a job description your resume is missing.
Not to build one. You can start building your resume immediately; it is saved in your browser on this device. To download it as a PDF or Word file you need a free account (3 PDF downloads in total; Word files have no limit). A backup of your resume downloads without an account. In a browser, Print… (your browser's Save as PDF) works without an account, but the PDF may differ from the preview. For the best PDF, create a free account and download it. Signed in, your resumes can also sync to your other devices.
Yes. Import a file: PDF, Word (.docx), Backup (.json: one resume or "Download everything"), Markdown, text, LinkedIn export (.zip), or paste the text. For LinkedIn, ask for your data export. On LinkedIn: Me → Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Get a copy of your data. When the .zip arrives, import it. A LinkedIn export and a backup from this app import at once and need no AI. A PDF or Word file is read by the built-in AI if you agree, or on this device without AI (scanned PDFs too). You can then edit and enhance everything.
There are 9 templates: Modern, Classic, Professional, Minimalist, Creative, Executive, Elegant, Compact and Campus. They include single-column and two-column (sidebar) layouts. Every one is fully customizable (colors, fonts, spacing, section order). The single-column templates are the safest choice for applicant tracking systems (ATS); some of those systems read a two-column layout out of order.
Partly. Once the app has loaded you can edit and view your resume without an internet connection; it is stored on your device. Downloading a PDF, every AI feature, sharing a link and syncing to an account need a connection. Offline, the editor on a computer can print the preview with your browser.
Resume AI Pro: It works in the latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on computers and phones. Only Chrome's on-device AI needs desktop Chrome.
Yes! Resume AI Pro is fully responsive and works on mobile devices. However, for the best editing experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer, especially for detailed resume editing.
Yes, to build: every template, unlimited resumes, the built-in AI (3 AI uses a day, no key needed) and AI with your own key (your AI provider may charge you for its use). Downloading a PDF or Word file needs a free account (3 PDF downloads in total; Word files have no limit). In a browser, Print… (your browser's Save as PDF) works without an account, but the PDF may differ from the preview. For the best PDF, create a free account and download it. The optional Pro and Ultra passes (₹99 and ₹199 for 30 days) add more built-in AI each day; more PDF downloads (Pro: 15 a day; Ultra: no limit for your account; free: 3 in total); more public share links live at once (Pro: 15; Ultra: any number; free: 3); and more resumes and jobs synced to your account (Pro: 15 resumes and 15 jobs; Ultra: any number of resumes and jobs; free 1 resume and 3 jobs). On this device you can keep as many resumes and jobs as you like on any plan. Passes are one-time: they never renew.
No. One payment, never renews, nothing to cancel. A pass is one payment for 30 days, and nothing is charged again. When the days end, your account goes back to Free and nothing you made is lost.
Passes are non-refundable, including unused days (Terms, section 4A). If we refund a payment, we refund the whole payment and the days it paid for end; an upgrade paid on top of it is refunded with it. If you dispute a payment with your bank, the pass keeps working while the bank decides, and ends only if the bank decides for you.
Your account is on one plan at a time. From Free you can buy a Pro or an Ultra pass. On Pro you can buy another Pro pass (30 more days) or upgrade to Ultra by paying the difference between ₹99 and ₹199 for the days you have left. On Ultra you can buy another Ultra pass (30 more days).
Free: 3 PDF downloads in total. Pro: 15 a day. Ultra: no limit for your account. Downloading needs a free account. Word files have no limit on any plan, and a backup needs no account. In a browser, Print… (your browser's Save as PDF) works without an account, but the PDF may differ from the preview. For the best PDF, create a free account and download it.
Sign in, choose the pass and pay in Razorpay's payment window, which shows the ways you can pay. You give your payment details to Razorpay, not to us. The pass starts on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Download → Download PDF (recommended for job applications): it is made on our server from the same page you see in the preview, so the fonts and layout are the same. A long resume can break across pages in places the preview does not show, so check the PDF before you send it. You can also download an editable Word file or a backup, or save to Google Drive. Offline, the editor on a computer can print the preview with your browser instead.
Nothing you made is lost. Your account goes back to Free: 3 AI uses a day and Free's PDF downloads. Resumes and jobs over Free's number stay on your devices and in your account, put on hold, not deleted: they stop updating between devices until you buy a pass again. Passes are one-time: they never renew, so nothing is charged again. Passes are non-refundable (Terms, section 4A).
Sign in with the same account you paid with, then reload the Account page. If the pass still isn't on, write to resumeaipro@gmail.com with the payment ID from your receipt. A payment charged without a pass is put right.
Your resume is saved in your browser on this device. It leaves only for a feature you use. Signed in, the resumes you keep in your account sync to your other devices. A share link puts it online. For a PDF, our server makes the file and keeps nothing. You can save it to Google Drive. You can move it to another device, sent encrypted and deleted after 15 minutes. The AI you picked gets the text you ask about. Built-in AI: The text you ask about goes through our server to Google Gemini. Our key is on Google's free tier, so Google may use that text to improve its products and people at Google may read it. For private text, add your own key in Settings. Usage analytics are off unless you allow them, and never include your resume.
In your browser on this device, so it opens even when you're offline. It stays there until you delete it or clear your browser's data. If you sign in, a copy is also kept in your account to sync your devices. You can download a backup of it any time: Download → Download backup (JSON).
No. The first time you use AI, press “Use built-in AI”. It needs no key and no sign-up; each use counts toward a daily limit. Or use your own key: Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter. In desktop Chrome on supported computers, Chrome's on-device AI works too. Then you pick the provider and model, and that daily limit no longer applies. The app sets no spending limit on your key. Everything except AI needs no setup.
Free: 3 AI uses a day, counted for your account when you're signed in, for this browser when you're not. Pro: 20 AI credits a day. Ultra: 40 AI credits a day; on Pro and Ultra a bigger task uses more credits. They refill at midnight India time. With your own API key (Settings) there are no limits from us; you pay the AI company for what you use.
It rewrites only the text you chose, to be clearer and more direct. It is told not to add facts you did not give, and a check catches new numbers, names and tools: where a number would help, it leaves a blank like [X]% for you to fill in. You see every suggestion before it goes into your resume.
Not from us: downloads carry no watermark, and nothing is added to your resume to say AI was used. What a reader can notice is the writing itself. The AI rewrites only the text you choose, is told not to add facts, and you see every suggestion before it goes in, so read each one and keep the words that sound like you.
It depends on the AI you pick. The built-in AI sends the text you ask about through our server to Google Gemini; we don't keep it, and Google handles it under its terms for Gemini (on Google's free tier those terms let Google use it to improve its products, and people at Google may review it). With your own key, the text goes straight to that provider under its terms. Chrome's on-device AI keeps it on your device.
Paste a job description into Job Match. It checks which of the job's keywords and requirements your resume covers, gives a Match Score, and lists what's missing. With AI set up, it also suggests where and how to add them. It's an estimate: every employer's system reads resumes differently.
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is software employers use to collect and sort applications, and recruiters often search it by keyword. Every ATS works differently, so no tool can guarantee a pass. The builder helps with simple layouts for job portals, clear section headings, a plain version of every resume with no columns, and a keyword check against the job description.
For most professionals, one page is ideal and sufficient. Two pages are acceptable for senior roles with 10+ years of experience. Focus on relevant, recent experience and achievements rather than listing everything.
It depends on where you apply: some employers expect a photo and others prefer none. Check what employers in your country expect for the jobs you want. You can turn the photo on or off for each resume.
Free includes 3 PDF downloads in total. Word files have no limit, and a backup needs no account. In a browser, Print… (your browser's Save as PDF) works without an account, but the PDF may differ from the preview. For the best PDF, create a free account and download it. Pro adds 15 PDF downloads a day.
They refill at midnight India time, don't carry over and can't be bought. With your own API key (Settings) there are no limits from us; you pay the AI company for what you use. Pro has 20 AI credits a day.
Old .doc files can't be read: save the file as .docx or PDF first and import that. You can import: PDF, Word (.docx), Backup (.json: one resume or "Download everything"), Markdown, text, LinkedIn export (.zip), or paste the text. Whatever is read, check every section after importing.
Your change waits and is saved as soon as the browser lets it. If the browser's storage for this site is full, download a backup first (Download → Download backup (JSON)), then delete resumes or photos you no longer need. Keep the tab open until it says saved.
