Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page sums up what the Terms and Conditions, section 4A say about paying for Resume AI Pro. Building and editing resumes is free; the only things you can buy are the Pro and Ultra passes.

Refunds

Pro and Ultra are one-time passes for 30 days. They are non-refundable, including for unused days.

If you are charged without receiving the pass, write to us with the payment ID from your receipt and we will correct it. If a payment is refunded or reversed (for example after a dispute with your bank that the bank decides for you), the days that payment bought end. While a dispute is open, the pass keeps working.

Cancellation

One payment, never renews, nothing to cancel. Passes do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: when the 30 days end, your account goes back to Free and nothing you made is lost. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Tips

A tip on the Support page is a gift to the developer: it buys nothing in the app.
